Ravaioli’s headquarters and production site at Via Bandoli 24, Bagnacavallo, is certified according to ISO 14001 for its environmental management system and ISO 50001 for its energy management system. A 466.14 kW photovoltaic system for the production of electricity from renewable sources is also installed at the same site.

For specific materials and products, FSC® and PEFC chain-of-custody certifications, ReMade® certification and Environmental Product Declarations – EPD may be available, exclusively within their respective scopes of application.
EPDs provide quantitative information on the environmental impacts of a product over the life-cycle stages covered by the declaration and do not constitute a general sustainability certification for the product.

The Ravaioli range includes natural woods, engineered bamboo, treated woods and WPC, selected according to different aesthetic, technical and application requirements.
Research into materials and production processes allows us to offer solutions with different characteristics in terms of durability, stability, maintenance and intended use, from residential settings to public and contract spaces.
bamboo-based products
Bamboo combines a rapid growth cycle with processing technologies that broaden its range of applications.
Through specific processing, treatment and fibre densification methods, bamboo is used to manufacture engineered products for decking, cladding and ceiling applications.

The range includes products with different aesthetic and performance characteristics, designed for a variety of outdoor applications.
For specific products, the following may be available:
- FSC® certification, subject to availability and the relevant scope of certification;
- Environmental Product Declarations – EPD issued by the respective manufacturers;
- documentation supporting material assessment under protocols such as BREEAM and LEED, according to the criteria applicable to each individual project.

Technology makes it possible to enhance specific characteristics of wood and broaden its range of applications.
Ravaioli offers species such as Pine which, depending on the product, undergo thermal treatments or other industrial processes designed to modify specific technical characteristics, particularly stability and durability.
FSC® or PEFC certification is available for specific materials, subject to availability and the relevant scope of certification.
WPC: composition and characteristics
WPC is a composite material designed for outdoor applications and used for decking and cladding.
Ravaioli’s WPC range combines plant fibres and polymer materials according to the compositions stated in the relevant technical documentation. The characteristics of the material make it possible to produce durable profiles with low maintenance requirements, available in a variety of finishes and configurations.
Environmental Product Declarations – EPD issued by the respective manufacturers and independently verified are available for specific WPC products distributed by Ravaioli.
bamboo-based product
Ravaioli’s WPC products contain 62% bamboo fibres. Bamboo constitutes the plant-based component of the composite material.
made with recycled plastic
The composition includes 22% recycled plastic material. The recovered material is reused as a component of the WPC.
solar energy in production
The manufacturing plants where the WPC products distributed by Ravaioli are produced also use electricity generated by photovoltaic systems. Solar-generated electricity contributes to the energy requirements of the production processes.
