Ravaioli Legnami once again confirms its focus on sustainable development, technological progress, research and corporate responsibility with two new international certifications recently obtained: ISO 9001 for the quality of business processes and ISO 14001 for environmental management. The two new certifications join the ISO 50001 energy certification obtained some time ago. This is further confirmation of a process and a path undertaken with full awareness and with rewards for all the staff involved in this field.
The new certifications represent a significant step in the strategic growth framework that Ravaioli has been pursuing for years, with a view to a corporate future and a market that increasingly rewards reliability and transparency.
The three certifications provide an accurate picture of the situation that is emerging.
ISO 9001: promotes the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, helping to increase customer satisfaction and the competitiveness of the organisation.
ISO 14001: defines a management system to reduce the ecological impact of business activities, supporting regulatory compliance and the adoption of sustainable production processes.
ISO 50001: involves a more conscious use of energy resources, reducing consumption and promoting access to clean, reliable and sustainable energy.
The focus on environmental sustainability has also resulted in the installation of a new 466.14 kW photovoltaic system for self-consumption, built with the contribution of the PR FESR 2021-2027 Regional Programme – Emilia-Romagna. This investment allows the company to cover a large part of its energy needs through renewable sources.
This initiative is accompanied by the recent installation of a free electric charging station for employees’ and collaborators’ vehicles, confirming the company’s concrete commitment to promoting cleaner and more responsible mobility.
In addition to ISO certifications, Ravaioli Legnami has also obtained a two-star legality rating from the Italian Competition and Market Authority. This document establishes solidity, transparency and integrity, aspects that in turn guide the company’s choices.
All materials processed by Ravaioli have always complied with the requirements of the new EU Regulation on deforestation (EUDR), the legislation that prohibits the placing on the EU market or export of raw materials and their derivatives from activities that have caused deforestation or forest degradation. In addition, for products that require it, FSC®, PEFC and EPD® certifications are available, providing further guarantees for customers and designers who are concerned about quality and environmental responsibility.
