The professional studio founded by the architect Stefano Focaccia in 1992 relies on the stable collaboration of the architects Laura Baltazzi and Davide Randi.
It deals with architectural design, urban design and redevelopment, new urbanisation and infrastructures, feasibility studies and masterplans, new prototypes of residential units, new interventions for the implementation of accommodation-use, commercial, tertiary and productive buildings, interior design, architectural restoration.

Special attention is paid to the design of low-energy impact and eco-sustainable buildings, through research and experimentation of new dry construction technologies, renewable plants and energy, bioclimatic design of the building envelope with special reference to the CasaClima Certification Bozen.
