Thermo-treated Pine: the essence of mountain woods without harming nature but rather protecting it by using raw materials from sustainable sources. After complete drying, the wood is subjected to a heat treatment at a temperature of about 180°C. Following the treatment, the material acquires stability, a more intense colour, and higher biological durability. In addition, it features lots of knots and flames, which hint at a broad and modern environmental concept.

characteristics: the thermal treatment (180°C) increases the wood’s dimensional stability and antifungal resistance. Visible large knots and veins.
intended use: as decking, it is not advisable to use it for pool decks due to its tendency to chip on the surface. As cladding/ceiling, it’s suitable for cladding and ceiling coverings with smooth or ribbed-like deck boards, QuickSun louvre systems, and architectural profiles.
